Initiatives for 2011 | Initial Questionnaire | Quarterly Report
Your initial plan will need to be updated quarterly and will be sent to you via email approximately 20 days before this report is due. These updates are due by the 10th of the month in March, June, and September, with the final report of the year due by the 30th of November. These dates correspond with having to fill out the Siebert Quarterly report and getting it to them on a timely basis, which is imperative for this program. Every day that the update is late the amount that you will receive in the next quarter is reduced by 1% of the total. (For example, if a report is seven days late, 7% of the total funding due in the next quarter will be withheld from your quarterly payment.)
