We are thankful to the Siebert Lutheran Foundation for their support in providing funding for our churches and social agencies so that these outreach activities may take place. Outreach is defined as providing services and programs that bring into our organizations people and neighbors from our surrounding community so that we may develop relationships with them. Our ultimate goal in these relationships is that they get to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and experience a deep, growing, and long-lasting, personal relationship that is only available through the work of the Holy Spirit. The programs that you are providing should have this as the number one goal.
Please review the questions below and answer them fully. After you submit this form, you will be sent via email within 24 hours an excel based planning form that you will need to fill out and return to the director no later than midnight, November 15th, 2010.
Our final outreach plan is being submitted to Siebert Lutheran Foundation on December 1st this year, which means you will receive your funding letter in late January or early February of 2011. Your first quarterly funding payment will be sent out toward the end of February.
